Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wespret, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to orders, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Prepayment Requirement

Prepayment Confirmation: All items will be processed and delivered only after full prepayment has been confirmed.

No Cash on Delivery: We do not offer a cash-on-delivery option. Orders will only be dispatched after the payment is successfully completed.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds for Damaged Items Only: Refunds are issued only if the item is damaged upon delivery. The damage must be proven with a video recording of the package being opened.

Proof Requirements: The opening video must clearly show:

The AWB number (waybill number) on the package.

The sealed packet in its original, unopened condition.

No Refunds for Non-Damaged Items: Items that are not damaged cannot be refunded.

 

3. Exchange and Credit Note Policy

Exchange Only:

If you’re unsatisfied with a product, we offer exchanges in the form of a credit note once the item is returned and inspected for non-usage and undamaged condition.

Return Process:

The item must be returned safely to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Once the item is inspected and found to be unused and undamaged, a credit note will be issued.

Credit Note Validity:

The credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases.

No Direct Refunds for Exchanges: We do not offer monetary refunds for exchanges.
