Sunrise Corporation (Dressy Owll) SHIPPING POLICY
Scope of Shipping: We currently only ship within India.
Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, although delivery times may vary based on the shipping location.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are based on the weight of the package and the shipping location. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
Tracking:
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Customers can track the status of their order using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Issues:
In the event of a failed delivery attempt or if the package is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Cancellations and Returns:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.

- If paying by bank transfer, payment must be received within 48 hours of placing the order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request being approved.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (e.g. credit card refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment).
